Team JPAC
Our Team Program
Team JPAC is a highly structured gymnastics training program designed to help gymnasts realize their full potential. We focus our training to help athletes learn technically strong fundamentals to increase longevity, health and future success. Our atmosphere is high energy and focuses on positive coaching. We believe that if you love what you are doing you will find the most success and happiness from your journey.
We offer a Pre-Team Program, USAG Levels 2-10 and Xcel , as well as an Elite option.
We have several training options: day training, split day training, and after school training. Team JPAC is an invitational program. Contact us to schedule an evaluation.
PRE-TEAM
Our Pre-team program prepares young athletes by teaching the basic fundamentals of the sport. Our focus with pre-team is strength, flexibility, and shaping. Additionally, this is an opportunity to expose young athletes to the competitive side of the sport to determine if this is the best path forward for the child.
COMPULSORY
Compulsories is competitive program designed to teach foundational skills and body positions that are fundamental to success and in competing at a higher level in the future. By USAG standards, the routines are all the same. Your child will compete the same routines as other gymnasts at competitions across the nation at every meet, with the highest score coming from the most well executed performance.
OPTIONALS
JPAC competes levels 6-10 in the USA Gymnastics National Development Program. These athletes will compete all over the country in State, Regional and National competitions. The JPAC optional program has been very successful in helping athletes move to the highest levels, enter college on scholarships and qualifying athletes into the Elite program.
ELITE
JPAC competes Elite and Hopes in the USA Gymnastics Elite Program. Elite program is for athletes striving to compete as USA National Team members.
JPAC recruitable Athletes
